K500 composite diaphragm achieves efficient hydrogen production in large electrolytic cells, with a purity of up to 99.998%
Recently, according to feedback data from a well-known hydrogen energy enterprise in China, the Kowoke K500 alkaline hydrogen production composite membrane has demonstrated excellent performance in electrolysis cells (short stacks) with a capacity of over 1000Nm ³/h. At current densities of 6000-10000A/㎡, the operating purity of hydrogen is as high as 99.998%, and at current densities of 12000A/㎡, the operating purity of hydrogen remains at 99.972%. The high gas barrier performance of the membrane has once again been verified by customers.
At present, the cumulative shipment volume of composite membranes by the company from 2023 to 2024 has exceeded several thousand square meters, and the products are exported to countries such as South Korea, the Netherlands, and Hungary. The company has also established cooperative relationships with many well-known enterprises, research institutions, and universities.
In addition, the world's first alkaline hydrogen production composite membrane coating production line with a width of over 2.6 meters, developed by the Kewoke technology team, is about to achieve mass production. Stay tuned.
